Pull For Leadership Fall 2025 Clay Sporting Event - Sponsorship

Pull For Leadership is a fundraising sporting clay shoot to support Leadership Fort Worth's programs.

Established in 1972, Leadership Fort Worth has shaped Fort Worth’s future through leadership development programs for nearly 50 years and graduated more than 4,000 participants across all programs. All programs provide the opportunity for participants to learn and practice the principles of community trusteeship while forming meaningful connections.

• LeadershipClass – gathers established leaders for training in collaboration to address significant issues
• LeadingEdge – builds capacity, connections and community trusteeship among the city’s emerging leaders, while also teaching leadership techniques and decision-making processes
• LeaderPrime – offers high-level civic orientation and engagement for the newest CEOs in Fort Worth and the surrounding area
• LeaderKids – provides 8th graders a way to develop leadership abilities through community involvement. LeaderKids was established as a pilot in 1995 by the LeadershipClass in response to Mayor Kay Granger’s request to make Fort Worth more child-friendly
• Leadership Fort Worth Alumni Association– hosts engagement opportunities for all Leadership Fort Worth alumni. Our graduates are committed to making Fort Worth a better place to live and work for all of us.

Your tax deductible gift to our sponsorship program to support our programs will provide:

• Tuition support for LeadershipClass and LeadingEdge participants;
• Exciting opportunities for young professionals to give back to their community through work onnonprofit boards and committees; and
• Establishment of long-lasting connections, ensuring long-term community impact and vibrancy
